  • Save the Date: 2026 Massachusetts Food System Forum

    November 19

    Our annual forum convenes farmers, fishermen, food system advocates, conservation, public health and housing advocates, people with lived experience with food insecurity, legislators, legislative staff, and state agency staff for an engaging day of conversation and connection.

    As we approach the 2027-2028 legislative session, we will use this unique annual gathering opportunity as a space to dig into ongoing progress & challenges, and consider how to advance our shared priorities through policy & systems change in the coming years. Sessions will feature in depth discussion and group strategizing. Anticipated topics include:  

    • Land Access; Succession Planning
    • Reducing Food Insecurity; Access to Local Food
    • Agricultural Climate Resilience
    • Food System Education & Workforce Development
    • Food Waste Prevention & Reduction
